Q: How can I be sure my Letter is from a Licensed Mental Health Professional?
Our therapists are licensed and insured in their respective States. Each letter contains their name, license number, and contact information which can all be verified with the Licensing Board in their State.  Additionally, our ESA doctors are psychiatrists, nurses, physician specialists, social workers, and other professionals. There is no guarantee that you will qualify. If not approved, a full refund will be provided. 

Q: What is the turnaround time for my Letter?
FYI, expedited delivery options are available. The therapist receives, reviews, and then schedules a session with you, the client, to review the evaluation.  It could be online or telephonic. Please be prepared to answer any unknown or unfamiliar numbers to not delay the processing of your application. Normal turnaround time is 3-5 days, depending on the day your online questionnaire is completed plus mailing time. You will receive a copy via email once approved. Please call our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline and speak with one of our professionals if you have any questions. They will answer any questions you may have regarding the process including handling special requests and/or to expedite the service. Q: Do I automatically qualify for an ESA Letter? Will it save me money?
